Welcome to WBA! I'm Mrs. Pavelchak a social studies teacher here at West Bronx since 2006. I am a graduate of Providence College with a Bachelors in History and I earned my Masters in Teaching from Pace University. You can usually find me in room 107 teaching US History and Government, AP Government and Politics and the Senior social studies required courses. Recently, I have worked with a program called OneGoal. This program focuses on having a teacher use content and technology to help students with their postsecondary plans.
With the US History and Government Regents NY State Regents changing (effective 2020) I have attended many professional developments to ensure I am aware of the changes and evolving my teaching to meet those changes
