Hello Scientists!

My name is Ms. Walio. I have been teaching biology at West Bronx Academy since 2015. I teach Living Environment and Anatomy and Physiology. If you find yourself in my class you will likely be doing a scientific experiments because what is science if you can't observe it?

 

I earned a bachelor's degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Northern Arizona University. While working as an Emergency Medical Technician I earned a master's degree in Molecular Biology from City College of New York.  Directly after graduating I began my teaching career while earning a master's degree in Science Education at Pace University.
